A healthy lifestyle is not just about exercising, but to integrate a convenient and affordable food routine. A varied and balanced diet prevents many diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, obesity and high cholesterol among others. So, here we give a short list of healthy habits in your daily routine diet.

Eat five servings of fruits and vegetables: Combine a good salad of various ingredients and try to deploy a fruit salad in your breakfast, it will keep you well fed for the rest of the day.

Consume calcium: Dairy products, vegetables and mineral water are good choices, eat three dairy a day.

Limit your fat intake: does not mean that never again enjoy the fries, but you should consider reducing their consumption to the bare essentials. Lower your portions of meat, cheese and snack foods, and replace the mineral oil with olive oil.

Add to your dietary consumption of whole grains.

Reduce consumption of sugar and sugar-rich foods, like sodas, chocolates, jams, etc..

Replace soda and juice and pure water: Water is the largest cleaner of the body and also helps you digest your food more quickly. If you do not believe it, pick a day to take these two liters of water and see how quickly you empty your stomach and you get hungry.
